All ecommerce transactions on our site are protected by an SSL certificate, through the applicable payment platform (ie. Wix, Paypal etc). Any passwords are stored via the applicable payment platform and cannot be viewed by any PawsitiveReleaf administrator at any time. Your payment information (such as your credit card number) are never stored on our website.
Data breach procedures we have in place
Our website hosting server maintains a security protocol, through the Wix platform, in case of a data breach. If there is ever a data breach, we will follow Wix protocol, erase any stored payment information and update you via email about any other procedures undertaken.
We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
